Welcome to the Smoky Hill High School Counseling web page. The information here is designed to help support students and parents/guardians through the high school years. The mission of the SHHS Counseling Department is to prepare ALL students to be college/career ready by planning a meaningful course of study, assisting students to academically achieve, and helping them grow and develop as lifelong learners. 

                               
Appointments with counselors can now be scheduled online. The appointment needs to be scheduled during the student's off period.  Please refer to the counselor case load alpha breakdown below to assure that your appointment gets schedule with the correct counselor.

Mental Health Services: 
The Smoky Hill High School Mental Health Team consists of two full time school psychologists who provide crisis intervention and support. The team is also available for consultation on many issues which may affect learning and school success. They consult regularly with general and special education teachers regarding students' access to learning.
