MANDATORY MEETING FOR

GRADUATES AND THEIR PARENTS/GUARDIANS

   7:00 p.m., Auditorium

 

         Tuesday             April 10                (A-L)

        Wednesday          April 11               (M-Z)

                                       

Any student planning to participate in the graduation ceremony

MUST ATTEND one of these meetings WITH a parent or guardian.

If unable to attend assigned night, please attend alternate night.

SENIOR CAP AND GOWN PORTRAIT OPPORTUNITY

Dorian Studios will be at Smoky Hill High School on April 25, 11:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. in the Activities Hall.  This will provide seniors an opportunity to acquire individual, studio quality cap and gown portraits.  (Individual pictures are not taken during the commencement ceremony.  Video only will be available.)  A wide variety of portrait packages will be available.  No sitting fee required.  Photos will be delivered home.  Portrait order forms will be handed out at the Senior Parent Meetings on April 10 and 11.

MANDATORY GRADUATION REHEARSAL FOR ALL GRADUATES:

Tuesday, May 22nd, 2:00 p.m., West Gym

Cap and Gown distribution follows rehearsal.

 

CHECKLIST

 

√  Seniors must clear all fines in Bookkeeping in order to participate in graduation.

√  Be sure you have paid for your cap and gown through Jostens, (www.Jostens.com), prior to the

    Mandatory Senior/Parent Meetings in order to receive your tickets for graduation.

√  Keep studying!  Stay focused!
