Registration 2011-2012

STEP 1:  Complete the online check-in forms by using the link for the appropriate grade level.

Download the correct form for your student and the 2011-2012 Student Conduct and Discipline, Rights, and Responsibilities Handbook.  

The online process will include entering basic information followed by reading and completing forms (both required and optional) for check-in.  You must have Adobe Acrobat Reader if you wish to fill out the packet electronically.  

PC users:  right-click on the link to download the form.  Mac users: Control + click on the link to download the form.

2:   Print and sign the forms (required and optional) to bring to Student Check-in.

Incomplete "required" forms will prohibit you from completing the check-in process.

STEP 3:  Read & complete any other forms located in the Information and Additional Forms packet included in the mailing.

STEP 4:    Attend Student Check-In with all necessary paperwork on your assigned check-in date.               

**Attendance is required for all students to turn in forms, take ID picture, and receive additional documents**

Parents may attend check-in with their student, although it isn’t required.

Enter on the south side of the building, between Mobiles 3 & 4.
