Per the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) student records are only available to those who have authorization from the student or parent, guardian or responsible person if the student is less than 18 years of age. If the student is 18 years of age or older, school records will not be released to a parent, guardian, or responsible person without the student's written consent.

Graduated Student Record Requests

OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT REQUESTS REQUIRE 2 STEPS:

Processing will not be begin until both steps have been completed.

Verification of education/grad​uation forms should be faxed to Cherry Creek District Admissions Office at fax 720-886-7494.

Duplicate diplomas can be requested in the Smoky Hill Activities Office 720-886-5550.

 

Current or Withdrawn Student Record Requests
 

​If your student is transferring to a new school and has completed check out at Smoky Hill, the new school may fax a records request to the Records Office Fax at 720-886-5443 for the student’s records.

If your student is now attending Smoky Hill and a previous school or a government agency requires current enrollment verification fax the request to the Records Office Fax at 720-886-5443.

Current 12th graders needing transcripts will need to contact the Post Grad Office.

Please note that all record requests will require identification from the requestor and may  take up to 2-3 work day processing time plus the U.S postal mailing time.
