Check in begins October 19, 2015

Athletes cannot practice, tryout or compete until an Athletic Online Registration has been completed, along with proof of a current physical and Athletic Fee of $ 90.00.  This must be brought in and processed by the Athletic Office no later than November 9, 2015.


Athletic Check in Process

  1. Go to                                   
  2. Sign in with your Parent Log In information (email address and password)
  3. Go to the Athletics Icon (if it is not visible go to parent forms and it should be there).
  4. Get to My Forms (instructions are on this page for filling out the form).
  5. Go to Add Document at the bottom of the page.
  6. This is the start of the form.  The "next button" is located at the bottom of the page; please make sure you click the "next button" each time.
  7. If you do not get a "next button", then something is missing or entered incorrectly on the page.  There will be red dashes around the required field box.  Please remember that the system does not accept auto-fill information.
  8. If you do not have information for a required field, please enter in N/A.
  9. You will get to a page that asks you to print the form.  Please do so, then check the red boxes at the bottom of that page, then click on next.  This should get you to the completion page and then click on the Finished button, once this has been completed, you are now in the electronic system.  If you exit prior to this, your information is not saved and you will have to start over.
  10. Once you have completed the online registration, please return to the athletics office with your proof of physical and the athletic fee of $90.00 no later than November 9, 2015. We accept check, cash and we NOW have Online Credit Card Payment on our SHHS Web Site.  If you are on Free and Reduced Lunch, we will need a copy of the letter from the Food and Nutrition Center and your $ 90.00 fee will be waived.
