Seniors, Application deadlines continue to loom.  During the month of December, Post Grad requires TEN days to process an application.  This is due to the high volume of applications received at that time.  Remember, when you’re not here, we’re not here! Even if you choose to apply online to a college, you should request your transcript, test scores and any necessary supporting documentation (teacher and/or counselor recommendations) 5 school days before the college’s deadline.  Here are the Post Grad Deadlines:
Dec. 1st Last day to turn in college applications that have a Dec. 15 deadline
Dec. 2nd Last day to turn in college applications that have Dec. 31/Jan. 1 deadline
Jan. 6th Last day to turn in college applications that have a Jan. 15 deadline
AP Exams are May 7th through May 18th
$87.00 per exam

February 7th, 2:30 – 6:30 p.m. – FAFSA workshop for seniors and their parents

Online test preparation for the ACT and SAT is available on Family Connection by Naviance.  This test prep program was created by Method Test Prep, a leader in online test preparation courses.  It provides an easy and efficient way to do a full test prep curriculum or to target specific areas that students may need to work on.  For example, many students struggle with the pace of the Reading section of the ACT and score lower on this section than others.  If that is the case, a student may want to practice specific reading questions, and read up on this site that will help a student better pace themselves.
Students can use it at any time.
