Mandatory IB Exam Meeting
All IB juniors and seniors who are testing in May must attend this meeting to receive their test schedule and information from IB about conduct during exams.   Any candidate who doesn’t attend the meeting will not be allowed to test.   For your convenience, there will be three meeting opportunities:  Thursday, April 25th, at 2:35 p.m. or Friday, April 26th (during both lunch periods).  All meetings will take place in the Lecture Center and will start promptly.  The meeting is approximately 30 minutes long.  Candidates will only need to attend one meeting.  Attendance will be taken. 
IB/MYP Updates
Community and Service:
All MYP freshmen and sophomores need to complete 10 hours of community and service hours by April 8, 2013. Please log into COLE to complete the process. If you are not enrolled in the course, IB CAS, follow these steps:
1) Log into COLE
2) Search for the class title - IB CAS.
3) Click on the figure icon below the text.
4) Enter the following enrollment key:
  • Freshmen Password: myp9
  • Sophomore Password: myp10
5) Students will record community service hours and contact information and write a culminating reflection when they have completed 10 hours in their journals for IB CAS.

Personal Project (for MYP Sophomores only):
Students should be well on their way to completing their MYP Personal Project.  All sophomores should be checking the MYP Personal Project COLE site weekly to make sure they are completing all the required elements.
        MYP Recognition Ceremony and Showcase--7:00 p.m.:
Tuesday, April 23, 2013, is the MYP Recognition Ceremony and Showcase. You won’t want to miss this evening of celebration and reflection.
