Due to summer construction, the Athletics Office will be open from July 30th throught August 1st at Indian Ridge Elementary for athletic check in.  We hope to be back at Smoky Hill August 4th.

ATHLETES:

  • Complete Athletic Check-in Packet At:

    https://my.cherrycreekschools.org/
    Using your parent portal login
  • go to athletics icon - then to my forms
  • Add Form, then complete all pages
  • Turn in completed/signed physical form
    and $90 athletic fee to the Athletics Office
    between July 30th – August 7th at noon in order to be cleared for opening day August 11,2014.

    Athletes cannot practice, tryout or compete until a completed Check-in Packet (including proof of a current physical) is processed by the Athletic Office.

    Physical and payment must be hand delivered to the Athletic Office, no mail in or drop off accepted.

    Completed packets turned in by noon will be cleared for practice the same day. 

    Due to summer construction, the athletics office will be located at Indian Ridge Elementary starting July 30th thru August 4th.  

    Only Athletics Office employees can accept Athletic Check in and payments.
